Mar 3, 2015 #1 Headley Grange Member Well, the plan is to take Artemis II out this Sunday for the first sail of 2015. I've made a few upgrades since the last time I had her out. Proper drain plugs instead of corks: A cleat attached to the mast: A universal tiller extension: I've rigged the boat a couple of times in my back yard and have really come to appreciate the mast cleat. It makes raising the sail much easier.

After I secure the halyard to the mast cleat I run it through the fairlead, over the gooseneck, back through the fairlead, and then secure it to the deck cleat.
