Laser trailer

Hi.

I recently bought a Laser, complete with trolley and road trailer, and I have no idea how to secure the trolley to the trailer.

Any help would be appreciated.

many people tie the laser upside down to the trailer and then lash the dolly on top of the boat. It works well in addition to keeping pressure off the hull.

I have a system where my dolly locks into a wooden mess I made so I transport the laser on my dolly right side up then secured to the trailer.

Both ways are quite effective but the right side up method is easier for one person maneuvering.

So, what brand of trolley and trailer did you purchase?

Is it a combi trailer/trolley system? If so they should slot together and have a pin/ring at the front to secure the trolley to the trailer. I tie the bow of my boat to the lauch trolley. I then use a strap at the bow to secure boat/trolley/trailer at the front and another strap over the middle to secure it all again.
