laser rudder

is the rudder supposed to go down when you pull on the line...mine wont...I have to push the rudder by hand...nothing looks bound up...its a 2007 pro rig

It depends how tight your rudder is bolted in, many of us the bolt is so tight that it's even difficult to push down by hand. In my opinion the bolt should be tight enough that the rudder does not slip down whilst you're wheeling your boat down to launch.
