At times like this I miss the late Wayne Carney's knowledge of all things boardboat.
I just bought a damaged Sunfish parts boat and it came with a non-Sunfish rudder assembly that a previous owner had adapted to fit (sort of...) I think this rudder came off a Sunfish clone, but when I went to the Yahoo "Clonefish" files, I could not find a 100% match. It might be off a Starfish but I am not sure. Also the plywood rudder blade that is shown in the photos may be home built so the cast aluminum rudder head fitting is the key to a match.
Two photos are attached below. Does anybody have an idea what it is? Anybody want it
for cheap?
