Thanks for the reply. I could not find any used options so I ended up contacting a Catalina dealer who sells the Expo 14.2 (same hull) and he set me up with a new Load Rite trailer which I picked up directly at their nearby factory.
Put my new to me 1989 Capri 14.2 at my slip space at Lake Nockamixon (PA) last Friday. On the way home, a monster pickup drove over my Shoreland’r trailer while I was stopped at a light. Could be worse since my boat was thankfully still at the lake.

Thanks for posting the photos of your Baby Bob project. I am assuming you mounted the bracket back to the baby bob using the float's existing holes and screws. Is that correct?
Try Catalinadirect.com under their small boats category they sell their manual which is a compilation of the handbook and other information material for the 14.2.
Caprintx, I think you have the Seachoice Transom Drain Plug Screw Type that I saw on Amazon. Check it out, if so, you can pick up spare and it may be a replacement unit for other 14.2 owners as well. Let us know.
I am embarased Capritx! What I thought was a drain plug like my old O'Day boat had is actually a small eye bolt. It is located on the transom about 3" below the hiking strap plate. Please forgive a dumb new boat owner.
Now what the heck is this eye bolt is used for?
