I was capsized and a 420 hit my boat and put a pretty big sized hole in my hull right next to the auto-bailer. I would like to know if there is a special way to lay down the fiberglass so if the hull ever flexes it wont just cause cracks and eventually lead to another repair. Another question...
When I did this I cleaned out the area where the deck separated and then put in West System Epoxy. It is only under and inside the boat so when your done, it looks like new.

Yea, I like the Extrasports, you can move around in them and they are comfortable, they are a little pricey but if you go on defender or whitecaps foul weather gear they are pretty cheap.
How do you tell if a Laser has a soft spot? I know they make your boat slower but I don't know how to see if there are any and how can it be fixed, if it can be fixed?
