I use the 'UAV Forecast' app (for drones) and it has a section that shows the expected wind gusts for next 24 hours. You can also go to the web version here: UAV Forecast Web Page
Another weather app I use is called '10 Day Forecast' and, while pretty simple, it does show wind forecast at 3 hour intervals.
On my iPhone, I use Ventusky. It has multiple layers you can turn on and off including : wind speed at ground level, wind gusts, precipitation, etc. it is a graphical map with animated arrows showing the wind direction and how it is changing by the hour. As you look ahead into the 10 day forecast, it shows changes every 3 hours. Here is a link to it on the Apple App Store.
I also use the free Weather Underground app which shows graphs for wind, temperature and humidity both daily and hourly for 10 days. If you pay for the subscription, you can create “ideal weather situations “for whatever you want to do: golfing, sailing, biking, etc and have an alert sent to you that those conditions are met.

What, someone is charging you for the NOAA Weather site? That sucks... I used NOAA all the time back in San Diego, their marine forecasts were usually accurate. Tide chart & NOAA marine forecast, good enough for this hand when it came to coastal sailing & island voyages.
