Water in hull removal?

I have water in the hull of my pre-'72 hull. Any suggestions on how to remove would be appreciated. Thanks.

Theres a few ways to do it. Assuming that the water didnt soak into the foam, you could unscrew the drain plug on the starbord side of the boat, then keep it toped on its side for a while (put just the mast in and lean it over on the mast, works great). Or you could put a small inspecion port in, and sponge out the water. Again though, thats assuming that the water isnt all soaked into the foam.
