Just thought I'd plug a local regatta:
July 10-11
Sam Myers Regatta (O) - Pymatuning SC; Pymatuning State Park, Linesville PA; Tim Abbey, 8500 Black Oak Dr, Warren OH 44484, 330-856-9096(H), [email protected].
This is a very friendly regatta. The lake is a nice inland lake and the club is a sailing club set in a nice wooded area. Minimal facilities but a nice place to camp. Always good food and hospitality. No gestapo race committee
and I don't know that there are ever any protests here either 
!
Very close to Cleveland, Erie and even Pittsburgh.
