travaller terror

i was sailing my 1978 amf sunfish on lake McConaughy NEB. in some heavy winds and i have the old style travaller with 3 loops and i tacked and when it had wind back it tacked so hard it pulled out the middle crimped loop leaving me sol in the lake dose any one know where i could find a cheap travaller 2 loops with a block (pulley) thanks

Any vanguard dealer should have or can get you the parts. Removeable Traveler Block (p/n 43508 around $20-22) and 2 loop bridle (p/n 66641 around $10) or three loop bridle (p/n 43091 around $17). Save a few bucks, skip the block and just tie a Bowline around the bridle, works well. Good Luck
