TailX laser trailer assembly question. Cant get rear cross bar to square at 90 degree

I can't quite get the rear cross bar on the trailer to 90 degrees before tightening. It is somewhere between 95 and 100 degrees on both sides.

Tips?

I had a similar problem with mine, used a drill bit the same size as the bolts, and rocked the drill bit back and fourth at high speed in the pre-drilled hole, seemed to work fine because the damned thing went togeather perfect after that.

Which hole did u enlarge/ lengthen to make work?

Loosen the joint forward of the axle. Then tighten the last cross bar up at 90 degrees. Then retighten the forward joint. NSD
