supply list for sunfish restore?

Hi,

I just got a new sunfish ( for free) and I am really excited since it is my first boat. As you might guess, this is a very old sailboat and needs some love since it was sitting under some weeds for a few years. I found the mast, boom, and rudder. I am working on that but I am going to focus first on the hull.

There are some little dents on the deck that I'd like to get rid off. I was thinking about sanding off, get rid of the lifted chips and filled it.

Do you guys use epoxy? what kind? where can I get it?

Please help me out with a good list list of supplies that I might need and maybe some sources for them.

I will post some pictures when I get home.

For a source, google "Store Locations West Marine", stick in your Zip and see if you have a store near you. You did not say where you live/ boat is located.
They reportedly have all the maintenance supplies you'll ever need. Ordering online available also. Just one I know of, you can always just do a search for "Marine Supplies -Your Location" and see what is locally available. Others will have to respond with recommended products. "Swede" Svensson
