Stupid question from Skipper J

Can I bolt a drink / cup holder into my boat?? If so, any tips?

Well--why not? Post pictures, too! Though a port with a bag that you could throw a can of pop into might be less to trip over when you're tacking and gybing.

I'd say cut the inspection port as Merrily suggested, and put a bag inside it. It can hold one of those small things of gatorade.

Drink holder on deck is going to be messy if you capsize.... :D

What shall we do with the drunken sailor?

The lyrics are endless. Anything bad you can think of, I guess.

Shave his face with a rusty rasor.

Put him in a leaky boat and make him bail her.

Scrub him in public when he's sober.

Put him in the scuppers with the lee rail under.

Put him in bed with the captain daughter.

You ain't seen the captain's daughter.

Keel haul him, keel haul him, keel haul him, early in the morning.

Heigh ho and up she rises, early in the morning.

I decided to bolt the cup holder in. Is this legal? Its in the back corner of the cockpit and doesnt seem to get in the way. Perfect for a cool bottle of Cascade Premium....(said in Homer voice)....mmmm.....Cascade
