Standard Vang

Just purchased my 73 Laser which came with a jury rig non-standard piece of crap vang. I purchased a new standard complete vang kit with line.. and now need to refresh my memory on how it gets rigged up ... ie, how the line goes through it...

Any assistance appreciated...

There is an 8:1 set up on the link posted above which uses the standard stuff and one additional microblock. It works good for me.
