Rudder Conversion Kit

Does anyone know where I might be able to get a Rudder Conversion Kit (Fiberglass). I ordered one from Torresen but they don't know when they will get it to ship it out (they estimated 1 week to 6 months). I was hoping to have it all done for my vacation in 3 week :X

Anyone know where I can find one that they have it in stock?!
