rooster hiking boots

The time has come for a new pair of hiking boots. Sailing here in SF where the water is often chilly and the boat is often full of water in the summertime, so I want something warm but stiff.

Any US folks have a set of the Rooster boots? I have somewhat wide feet -- I've often found that shoes from the UK are a bit narrow -- so I'm wondering if they're likely to fit well.
 
i have ones, bought in december. never had such a good feeling in a hiking boots, very soft and sensitive. warm as well
 
I have a pair, have worn them out I like them so much. In Maine warm is a relative term. As they have gotten older the velcro tends to not stick as well and the strap ends catch on the sheet. I suppose I could trim the strap ends back duh...;)
