Repair old coaming

I have an elderly sunfish with coaming which is held on by stainless steel bolts and rubber "mollies" and nuts which go through the holes in the deck and expand the mollies when tightened. My questions are: what are these molly bolts called, what is the part number and where can I order them? Or is there a better method to attach the coaming given that I already have roughly 1/2 inch holes for these molly bolts?

The othre day when the deck plate, part of the rudder assembly, pulled free, I used those 'dry wall' moly's that are used when it's impossible to hit a stud behind dry wall sheets in home remodels etc. I had to slightly enlarge the holes in the deck to accomodate the moly and I dabbed epoxy in the holes before tightening the molys up. Seems to be holding well.
