hi i have an old laser in the 80 thousands and it has the legal 2:1 standard outhaul which works fine for pulling the sail out but not in any suggestions? or any different outhaul systems that are reccomended? i have also brought the outhaul down from the gooseneck on a pulley the another on the fairlead behind the mast then to elastic or otherwise it all hangs down and i get be-hedded lol any suggestions and is bringing it down to deck level legal?
