I've got one of those. Totally useless for moving a Sunfish around the yard.
Two work but there is a lot of squeaking, lubricant in the form of money for video games is helpful. Also a cat is of no help....
....anyway Barney1, 1) what type of surface(s) will you be going over and 2) do you want to buy or build?
I have the seitech dolly that works great over the yard, down the beach, in and out of the water, never have to lift the boat. I also can back the trailer down close enough to the water with lawnmower for boat that lives on the trailer. Then there is lifting. And I made a wooden dolly with lawnmower tires.
