loose foam blocks

A few of the foam blocks inside my hull are loose. I have inspection ports aft of the cockpit and just foward of the centerboard trunk, so i have acess to affected area. My question is what is the best way to resecure these blocks. I understand that correctly placed blocks are essentail to a stiff hull.

I have heard of using Great Stuff or epoxy, do these meathods work or is there a better way
Thanks for any help

Expanding foam is what they use at the factory. BUT, one note of caution. Find a CLOSED CELL FOAM. Most of the foams sold at the hardware stores is intended for interior usage and is open celled. Open celled foam acts like a sponge and will absorb water/moisture. The last thing you want in the hull.
