Can anyone recommend any good Laser training CDs to a relative newbie? There are lots out there for sale plus you can find tons of YouTube videos (I don't want to buy a CD just to watch a GoPro video mounted to someone's bow). I've seen a couple that break down the movements in slow motion, which is excellent. Although some actual recommendations from you guys would be best. thanks.
