Laser parts fit LaserII ??

Greetings all,
No doubt my title description gives me away as someone who isnew to the Laser world. its true
I am wanting to get into some Laser sailing and so far have a Laser II hull - that is all. I see laser parts are much more plentiful than laser II - Do some of the major parts fit either hull?

Not really. The Laser two has two sails, A stayed mast, a bigger centerboard and rudder and a spinnaker.
