Hi I was just wondering if after sailing you remove your transom bung and leave it out till the next time you sail or do you leave it in. Thank you in advance.
 
I take the stopper out, BUT I store my hull inside. Of course, one time I forgot to put the stopper back in which had 'interesting' consequences :(

If you store your boat outside, you will have to consider the conditions (weather etc).
 
I left mine out and a furry critter destroyed the opening trying to make it bigger to get a new home. After replacing the whole plug I now leave it in,
 
I take it out. It's the first thing I do when I start rigging (outside). At my club, there is some petty theft so I air on the safe side here in sunny CA.
 
my boat is bone dry, i take it out every now and then to check, but otherwise i leave in
