Laser Age

Hi, I recently purchased a laser. The number on the sail is 120580. There is no number on the transom and the letters/numbers under the bow fairlead are AEF112. I'm confused as to what this means...Any ideas?? Thanks in advance.

what about a sticker in the cockpit by the bailer

nope...nothing there...there is a plate above the self bailer but the sail number is written on it with pencil!!!

im not too sure where else you might find it....you could get a rough idea by taking the colour of ur laser and see around what year was that colour used in the production of them....

check under the bow thing..... i forget what its called but you tie you bow rope to it.... mines there
