Kitty Hawk Trailer Parts -- Bow Pivot

Does anyone know if it is possible to replace the stationary bow holder on an older Kitty Hawk trailer with a new pivoting bow holder? If so, how much does the replacement part cost?

I did that, bought the swivel bow mount from APSltd.com it was over $100 and it was the old Kitty Hawk not the new company but I would start there
