Intl Masters and Midwinters

This is a reminder that the Sunfish International Masters Championship, and US Midwinter Nationals and Team Race Nationals are quickly approaching in March. These events are a great opportunity to get your sailing fix during the "off season" for many parts of the country.

Who is going, and who wants to go? Let's try to use this as ride board to people talking to share transportation and lodging costs.

March 13-15 - International Masters at Davis Island Yacht Club

We have a large trailer driving down from Northern New Jersey. If there is anyone who wants to attend the regattas who is in the area, or is willing to bring a boat to the area please contact me to find out more details. We have space for several boats.
 
For the International Masters has anyone found a hotel for around $150 a night that is in a safe place? The recommended hotels in the NOR seem to be $200 or greater a night. That's more than I want to spend unless I find someone to share the costs.
