Interesting video on sailing with a reduced makeshift sail

Always enjoy watching the Adventures in Reach videos, never know what he is going to come up with. The one before the bed sheet sail video was a spar only video, worked surprising well in high winds.

Well, spars with the sail wrapped around them--and still attached. :rolleyes:

I described a pair of weather events that had me sailing home successfully, using only the mast! :eek:
