Hmmm...Laser sailors in America join US Sailing and the International Laser Class Association. You don't need to be a member of US Sailing to belong to the ILCA and to sail Lasers. but I don't know nuttin' about the Royal Yachting Association.
How can i join the class association i have been on the web site and i can not see any join now button do i need to be a member of the rya or not . can some body help me please?

There you visit the website "Association" and at there, at the website "committee", you find the contact informations to the Association Secretary Mrs. Beadsworth. To her you send via Royal Mail your application papers ("Membership Application Form" and "Direct Debit Mandate") to join the UKLA. This papers (via download) you may also find under the website "Association" at the website "membership". The website "Introduction" under the website "Association" answers your question about the "rya", I guess.
