This is the cart I made.
The strap is removable so I have an extra tie down, the foam taped at the front was the temporary solution to test the cart. I will be installing some upgrades. Current investment is about $35.00
It is the frame of an old car port, so I used the curved parts where I could, no bending required, and the long straight pieces are designed to snap together, so it comes apart into 3 pieces for travel. No tools required.

What a great idea, we recycle metal for resale, have a lot of old carport pieces, and some connecting pipes from a hay ring, put together with the sulky wheels we have.
Thanks for the inspiration.
