Hiking strap

I order a Hiking strap and kit to install from Layline but it came without instructions. I went on line to layline and pulled their instuctions up but the print is to small. I did enlarge it but it was not legdable. Can anyone help, pictuces work great. Thanks!

Here is a phone cam shot of the instructions that came with one I put in a boat some years back. Hope you can read it. I assume the use of eyes H281/282 is because stamped eye straps are cheaper than stainless washers. They don't show the ones on the back side of the glove box lip. I find those a mixed blessing. Good for clipping my kayaker's dry bag to, but things also get hung up on them.
