Hiking pants with drysuit

How does one wear hiking pants with a drysuit? The neoprene style does not really fit over the suit. Do the strap-on hiking pants work very well?

Do you need a larger size of neoprene pants?

Any suggestions appreciated.

If you have neoprene hikers, put them on inside the drysuit. That's what a most do in our frostbiting fleet.
