There are a couple revisions to the NOR for these events.
Most important is that in order to get a tee shirt with your registration, you must register by Jan 28.

will get you to the online registration, or if you prefer to support the US Post Office, there is an entry form that can be printed out.
Final arrangements are being made with a catering service to have a really good meal on Saturday night and you'll be pleased to know that your guest(s) can dine for only $15 bucks!! So plan on attending dinner.
Get registered, get off the couch and workout, and cmon and join the fun.
