A few years ago unbeknownst to myself I invented the "Judy move." I'd be racing downwind at the head of the pack and all of the sudden the boat would heel and - BOOM! - I'd be in the drink, capsized to windward. My competitors (supposedly friends too?) would sail by me, "There she goes again doing the Judy move." Well this year after much pondering and practice I am happy to report that the "judy move" is a thing of the past...
