Boom measurements

On making a boom from a broken topmast, I find that the outhaul eye is not shown on the ILCA boom measurement page.

Does this mean all boats are illegal?

Have I just found a way to win races by protesting the boats in front of me?? (not serious!)

Are the dimensions elsewhere?

Not sure if you need dimensions, as the back hole of the fairlead needs to line up with the hole in the end cap (Use the distance on the end cap to locate the position of the hole in the boom)
