50th Sunfish Worlds

The Laser Worlds just started with 135 boats competing. All boats are new; provided by ILCA.
The first race was in light winds, but the second one had 15-20 mph.
There were a bunch of protests after the first two races, but NONE asked for redress because of equipment failure.
I do hope that LP is listening...

LP should be embarrassed but I doubt they are.
 
If anyone would like the really story behind the 2021 Sunfish World Championship I would be happy to lend a first hand view. I am the dealer who supplied the 100 boat for this regatta. LP has their shortcomings, no doubt, but things sure get twisted when information is passed from person to person.
 
Chris, we would love to hear your (inside) perspective.
For those on the outside, various sources have reported that Chris (Sunfish Direct) has been very responsive to the problematic issues.
