I have picked up an old laser which was given to me. The drain plug was missing and I see there are different plugs based on the year of the laser. Does it really matter which one to use or can I just buy one and install it? Any help would be much appreciated before buying one!

Hi, I am new to the laser but the one I just bought does not have a wind indicator. What tends to be the most common one and where does it mount? Also, the auto bailer came in a bag. Does it mount on the top side or below on the water side? Thanks.
