I just bot a Capri 14.2 yesterday. The rudder seems to have the same problem. The previous owner ended up just sticking a bolt through the hole so that it is now in a fixed position. I cannot find a diagram of what this looks like apart but i will be taking it apart soon and may seek your advice. Thanks for posting your rudder issue.
