Thanks for the reply. I'll take a look at youtube for dinghy-specific exercises. I do have a set of both bands as well some others with handles, and
have used them in other exercises.
Do you have any specific exercises (other than deep knee bends and squats) for rising from the low side during...
OK - New Years Resolution #1 - get in shape for sailing this Spring/Summer/Fall (that's 2021.
Background: I'm a Great Grand Master sailor, returning to Laser sailing after 20+ years sailing bigger boats.
I'm finding that - this past Fall - I was out of shape for hiking, and also for roll tacking...
Thanks for the notes/list. I'll compare this with what I currently have on hand during the ND vs Alabama ... game -
don't think I'll have to pay that much attention, since Notre Dame is (roughly) a 30 point underdog ... )

4793 the Hull Number?
M82 - May 1982 build date?
D - no clue
Thanks!
Laki:

Also, here's the URL/Web address for the sail I found:
the description is: "VST Laser Mark II Racing Sail (battens included) Non-laser legal, with a quoted price of...
Bought a "well-used" Laser, with serial number:
ZFS5375790576 ... others have ID'd "ZFS" as Les Voiliers Performance Inc. of Pointe Claire QC
Don't know the sail #, or the date of manufacture - assuming it's May of 1976?
The '0' next to the 5 is a 0, not a 'D' as best as I can make it out...
