I think it's unlikely that they were genuine sail numbers.
The boats provided for the Worlds early this year were all 193,000+.
A quick look at the results for the Europeans just held in July shows a highest number of 193,501, for Paul Goodison who just picked up a new boat before the event
I too believe there will be a bit of fan fare with hull # 200,000. I imagine there may be a raffel for it or something. If I were involved with company PR for the guys building these now I'd make sure to make a HUGE deal out of it and get every ounce of mileage I could.
I saw someone get a brand new boat last fall and put a 220,000 number on it because the vendor didn't know that Vanguard changed the formula for assigning sail numbers a year or two ago and tried to use the old formula for an incompatible hull number.
