Anyone know what these are for? Are they vent holes? Did a shock cord go across? Should I plug them? Another question, what is the gray sealant putty around the cuddy? Is it butyl tape? Jul 10, 2022 #2 FreeRide Member Shock cord through the holes holds up the hiking straps. At least that what I thought it was for.
