what are the necessary upgrades?

hi. i recently ordered a new laser that was a leftover event boat because it was a really good deal but the one thing i neglected to see was what kind of rigging it had. i am picking it up prob closer to the spring so i cant just check. but assuming its just the basic laser w basic vang/outhaul/etc. what would be the upgrades that i really should have?
 
Ask the dealer what it comes with. I bought one last year from Tackle Shack and it came with the full race upgrade and a Dolly. Only the hull and spars had been used. The sail, blades, blocks & lines were all still new in the box.

Bought in Feb 2008 for $4700 with the dolly & race package when the list price was $5400 boat alone. It was used only in the OCR radial fleet and the wind was never over 7 for that.
