It's been quite windy, especially on day 1 (races 2-4 with 20+ mph, I read). Note the many with Jens type rigs and many with the 2:1 sheeting arrangement.
 
Here is a link to a video of a start. I think that this is from the first race of the championship.
The start is at 7 min. so you can skip the first five minutes or so unless you want to get an idea of the race area surroundings etc.
Note the U-flag that comes down with 1 min to go.
