Sails for a Midship 25 sailboat

I am looking at getting a Midship 25 center cockpit for a good price. But, there are no sails, I have the measurements but I don't know what they mean or how much a set of sails would cost.

I: 29.50'
P: 24.42'
J: 10.75'
E: 9.00'

SA(Fore.): 158.56 ft2
SA(Main): 109.89 ft2
Total(calc.)SA: 268.45 ft2
Est. Forestay Len.: 31.40'

Any help would be appreciated!
