Sail number font?

I think it all kind of depends who you buy your sail numbers from. In the US most people start with square "8" and cut it to the number needed, while pre-cut numbers seem to be more common in Europe. I think the only thing the class rules specify is they need to be 12" tall, nothing about a particular font or style.
 
Thanks. But it's for a model, and I try to find some dry transfer numbers, hence my search for the name of the US number font.
 
In that case, you're going to want some kind of classic "calculator" style font. Can't give you an exact font name, sorry.
 
The closest I found with Microsoft Word is OCR A Extended, italicized.

I tried pasting a sample in this message, but no go.
