I was talking to several people in my club last week about my very poor speed downwind... partially because I'm one of "the Big Guys"... however, the amount of ground I was losing was much more than 20 lbs of extra weight.
Some of the guys suggested trying S-curves... Now... what exactly does that mean? How do I do it? why is it beneficial?
There are 2 interviews in the back of Dick Tillman's book that describe it really well. One was by Luther Carpenter and I don't who did the other one, but it was either right before or after Luther's.
I've only been really successful making it happen one time but it sure was fun!!
