It's largely a matter of personal preference but the MOJO Outhaul/Inhaul System from Colie Sails Pro Shop works pretty damn well. I've been using it for a couple of years and like it just fine.
I am not an expert, I do not work for Colie Sails, and my opinion has no weight.
