I’ve seen no information on that. Thought of it myself a few weeks ago when ILCA published a request for suppliers for the Worlds for 2025-2028.
Looks like these things are something you find out only at the time of the regatta. Previously it was easy when the trademark regions existed.
If I had to guess one builder (there could be more, like different ones for men and women), it would be Element 6, which appears to be the highest rated at the moment.
