NEW ZEALAND, Auckland
The World Youth Radial Championship is an open event for sailors who will be at least 15 years old but not 19 years old in the year of the championship i.e. born in 1990, 1991, 1992 or 1993. Proof of age will be required at registration.

For the volvo youth worlds (if you didn't mean the one above) it is different in each country. In the USA, the US Youth Champs determine the representative.
