Hello. Can someone help with decoding this number for me please? US-OOL3095G112

The second ”O” is actually a ”Q”, and there should be a ”T” after it. US-OQT would then be the builder, LaserPerformance (US), which means the boat was built in Portsmouth, Rhode Island.
”G112” is the building date, July 2011, and the model year 2012. The rest is just an LP serial number.

You’ll find the sail number on the ISAF sticker on the aft wall of the cockpit. Should be around 201400.

Thank you kindly. Just purchasing this boat and had the number texted to me so it may have been miss read or typed. I couldn't find a manufacturer in the US in that year either but was looking with the incorrect letters by the look of it.
