Hull Damage

Last week during a storm my laser fell over and as a result the hull and the deck cracked and separated from each other. The damage is on the starboard side at the hulls widest point. The crack in the hull and deck are approximate 4-6 inches long and the separation of the hull joint is approximately 12-18 inches long.
Is the damage fixable? If so, does anyone have any recommendations where to get in fixed around Cape Cod, Massachusetts?
